![Northern Air Corporation’s Air Cleaner has a limited warranty to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product except, however, for the disposable filter media which will have to be replaced as recommended depending on the particular air cleaner and the application on a yearly basis and serviced according to maintenance specifications. [THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES FILTERS] If this Northern Air unit becomes inoperable within the first 12 months for any reason other than unusual or abusive use or handling, Northern Air will repair or replace this unit at no cost to such purchaser. The purchaser will bear cost for any shipment to or from a repair station or the factory or transportation charges incurred for on location service. Thereafter, Northern Air Corporation’s exclusive obligation under this warranty for the life of the product shall be to supply, without charge, a replacement for any part of the air cleaner which is found to be defective and is returned by either you or your original supplier to Northern Air Corp., 450 Richmond St., Raynham, MA 02767, together with the date of installation of the air cleaner. THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT OBLIGATE NORTHERN AIR CORP. FOR ANY LABOR COSTS AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS FURNISHED BY YOUR INSTALLER AS CONTRASTED TO DEFECTS DISCOVERED IN THE AIR CLEANER ITSELF.
